Is Barack Obama the “Anti-Christ”?
First of all, I think that Obama is the worst possible choice for president. This is not because I think he is the Anti-Christ; it is simply because his policies would throw America into one of two options: communism or utter destruction. The following paragraph is taken directly from http://www.barackobama.com/issues/foreignpolicy/.
“Talk to our Foes and Friends: Obama is willing to meet with the leaders of all nations, friend and foe. He will do the careful preparation necessary, but will signal that America is ready to come to the table, and that he is willing to lead. And if America is willing to come to the table, the world will be more willing to rally behind American leadership to deal with challenges like terrorism, and Iran and North Korea’s nuclear programs.”
If America is willing to “come to the table” with her enemies, then we will begin to negotiate with terrorists and communists (this is not to say that all communists are our enemies, rather, the majority of our enemies are communistic or have become our enemies based on terroristic connections). You cannot negotiate with terrorists. Period. Take, for instance, this story from CNN. This terrorist is killing people right near the hotel where sleeps the man who wants to negotiate with him. But beside that, for its history, America has been a fighting nation, fighting against tyranny, terrorism, and other evils. For example, the Revolutionary War was fought to end British tyranny of the American people. World War II was fought against Hitler and his Nazi’s (not to mention the many evils carried out by the Japanese Empire, including the Bataan Death March). Even the Cold War was fought against the Soviet Union, a country that had committed atrocious deeds in the name of communism. Tell me this, America, if you’re not willing to fight against terrorism, communism, and other evils, if you are willing to negotiate with your enemies, then what are you willing to fight for? Answer me that Senator Obama. What are you willing to fight for?
Another reason I do not believe that Obama is the right choice (effectually making him the worst choice) is because he is very impractical on several issues. Take this paragraph from his website mentioned above:
“Secure Loose Nuclear Materials from Terrorists: Obama will secure all loose nuclear materials in the world within four years. While we work to secure existing stockpiles of nuclear material, Obama will negotiate a verifiable global ban on the production of new nuclear weapons material. This will deny terrorists the ability to steal or buy loose nuclear materials.”
How on earth does he plan on doing this? We can’t even find Bin Laden, how are we going to secure any nuclear weapons he has? How does he (Obama) plan on passing a global ban on the production of new nuclear material? Senator Obama also wants to:
“Fight Global Poverty: Obama will embrace the Millennium Development Goal of cutting extreme poverty around the world in half by 2015, and he will double our foreign assistance to $50 billion to achieve that goal. He will help the world’s weakest states to build healthy and educated communities, reduce poverty, develop markets, and generate wealth. “
And at the same time he wants to:
“
In effect, he wants to spend more and make less. Let’s spend more money and let’s tax people less to fund all that spending! That’s such a logical idea! Sure, I’m all for lower taxes, but let’s be realistic! You can’t spend more money if you’re not going to at least break even. The government already has a debt of (as of 2003) $3,913,600,000,000, according to http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-the-debt-of-the-united-states.htm. So, let’s make the debt bigger, that’ll help the economy! Come on.

“Answer me that Senator Obama.”
Hah. Good luck with getting an answer. (Sigh.)
